Our journal is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in academic publishing.
Publication Ethics
Our journal adopts the publication ethics principles determined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Articles to be published must be original, not previously published, and not under evaluation in another journal. Plagiarism check is performed for all articles. Articles with a plagiarism rate above 20% are not considered for evaluation.
Author Responsibilities
Authors must guarantee that their articles are original and have not been published elsewhere or are not under evaluation. Additionally, all authors of the article are responsible for the content of the article, and all persons who have made significant contributions to the article should be listed as authors.
- Authors should appropriately cite all sources used in their work.
- Authors should disclose financial supporters of their work.
- Authors should disclose potential conflicts of interest.
- If errors or inaccuracies are detected in the article, authors should inform the journal editor and cooperate on correction or retraction.
Reviewer Responsibilities
Reviewers should keep the articles they review confidential and should not use them for personal or professional advantage. Reviews should be objective and timely.
- Reviewers should avoid reviewing articles outside their area of expertise.
- Reviewers should decline to review in case of conflict of interest.
- Reviewers should express their criticisms in a constructive and respectful manner.
- Reviewers should notify the editor of any plagiarism or similar publication situations they notice during the review process.
Editor Responsibilities
Editors should be fair and unbiased in evaluating articles submitted to the journal. Only scientific content, originality, and journal scope should be considered in the evaluation of articles.
- Editors should adhere to the principle of confidentiality and should not share the content of submitted articles with others without the author's permission.
- Editors should withdraw from the evaluation process in case of conflict of interest.
- Editors should take appropriate measures in cases of plagiarism or ethical violations.
- Editors should consider subject expertise and impartiality in reviewer selection.
Research Ethics
For research conducted on humans or animals, researchers should obtain approval from relevant ethics committees and indicate this approval in their articles. Additionally, informed consent should be obtained from participants. Researchers should act in accordance with scientific research ethics when designing, conducting, and reporting their research. Data manipulation, distortion of results, or use of inappropriate statistical methods is unacceptable.
