Review Process
This page explains our journal's article review process in detail.
Process Steps
- Initial Screening: All submitted articles are initially screened by the editorial board for compliance with the journal's scope and formatting guidelines. Unsuitable articles are returned to their authors without being sent for peer review. (Average time: 1-2 weeks)
- Reviewer Assignment: For articles that pass the initial screening, the editor assigns at least two reviewers who have expertise in the subject matter of the article. (Average time: 1 week)
- Double-Blind Peer Review: Our journal employs a double-blind peer review system. In this system, authors do not know the identity of the reviewers, and reviewers do not know the identity of the authors. Reviewers evaluate the article for originality, methodology, contribution to literature, and presentation. (Average time: 4-6 weeks)
- Editorial Decision: After the peer reviews are completed, the editor reviews the reports and makes a decision. Decisions can be: Accept, Minor Revision Required, Major Revision Required, Reject. (Average time: 1-2 weeks)
- Revision: For articles requiring revision, authors revise their articles according to reviewer suggestions. Revised articles may be sent for another round of peer review if necessary. (Average time: 2-4 weeks - depends on the author)
- Publication: Accepted articles undergo editorial processing and layout before being published in the next issue. (Average time: 2-4 weeks)

Review Criteria
- Originality: The article is evaluated for whether it provides a new and original contribution to the literature.
- Methodology: The appropriateness of the research method and the accuracy of data collection and analysis processes are evaluated.
- Literature Review: The article is evaluated for whether it includes a comprehensive and up-to-date review of the existing literature on the subject.
- Presentation and Language: The article's language use, grammar, fluency, and adherence to academic writing rules are evaluated.
