Submission Guidelines
Authors submitting to our journal must strictly follow the rules below. Manuscripts that do not comply with the template will be returned during the pre-evaluation stage.
1. Format and Template Requirements
- • Manuscripts must be prepared using the ahdakademi.cls LaTeX class and the provided
.textemplate. - • Submissions in Word (.doc/.docx) format are not accepted.
- • Page size A4, single-column. Math formulas must use standard LaTeX environments like
\begin{equation}.
2. Article Structure
- • Title, Abstract, and Keywords: Required in both languages. Abstract must be 150-250 words.
- • MSC Codes: Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC) codes are mandatory.
- • Ethical Statements: "Author Contributions", "Funding Statement", and "Conflict of Interest" are mandatory.
3. Reference Rules (IMPORTANT)
- • External .bib files or APA styles must NOT be used.
- • References must be manually coded using
\begin{thebibliography}{99}within the main file. Use\cite{1}for citations.
4. Plagiarism and AI Policy
- • Similarity Limit: Max 20% (excluding references).
- • AI Usage: ChatGPT/LLMs cannot be listed as authors. AI tools may only be used for grammar/editing and must be disclosed.
