Submission Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines and publishing policies carefully before submitting your article. Manuscripts that do not comply with the template will be rejected at the pre-evaluation stage.

Format and Layout (LaTeX Mandatory)

• Articles must be strictly prepared using our journal's ahdakademi.cls LaTeX class file and the provided template.
• Important: Do not use external .bib files (BibTeX) or styles like APA.
• References must be embedded directly in the manuscript using the \begin{thebibliography}{99} environment with numbered citations (e.g., \bibitem{1}), as shown in the template.

Structure and Content

• Title, abstract, and keywords must be provided. Mathematics Subject Classification (MSC) codes should also be included.
• Ethical Declarations (Author Contributions, Funding Statement, and Conflict of Interest) must be added at the end of the article as specified in the template.
• All theorems, definitions, figures, and tables must be created using the environments provided in the template (e.g., \begin{theorem}).

Publishing Ethics, Plagiarism, and AI Policy

• Plagiarism Limit: The similarity rate (excluding references) must not exceed 20%. Authors must upload a detailed similarity report from Turnitin or iThenticate.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage: ChatGPT and similar Large Language Models (LLMs) cannot be listed as authors. AI tools can only be used for grammar checking or formatting, and this must be explicitly declared at the end of the manuscript (in the Acknowledgements). Manuscripts containing academic content directly generated by AI will be rejected.
• Copyright Form: Authors must upload a signed copyright transfer and author declaration form during submission.
